Bea and Jennifer host the series. Together with creative guests, they explore how arts and culture can enrich our wellbeing—from singing and movement to painting and writing.
What can a song, a dance movement or a sheet of paper do? “Rezeptfrei!” brings the arts to life: simply, directly and without striving for perfection.
In the opening episode, ArtWave founders Bea Robein and Jennifer Davison invite you to breathe consciously, discover your own voice and try something new together. Seven minutes centred not on ability, but on the joy of taking part.
