Arts-based pathways to everyday wellbeing
ArtWave
ArtWave brings the power of the arts into everyday life—through workshops, challenges, events and the ArtWave App.
From the stage. For life.
The arts do not only work in the theatre: ArtWave turns breath, voice and creative expression into simple tools you can use anywhere—in a meeting, on the go or in the evening.

Arts as Medicine
The ORF documentary “Arts as Medicine” follows ArtWave at work and places it alongside research from the University of Vienna. It shows what happens when people become artistically active together—and why that belongs to our health.

About ArtWave
The arts are not a luxury. They belong to us.
ArtWave stands for the conviction that creative expression belongs to our wellbeing—as naturally as movement or good sleep. We work with breath, voice and music: the oldest resources people have.
This becomes offerings for every kind of day: workshops and events to experience together, the challenge as an easy way in, and the ArtWave App, which brings short impulses straight into your day.
Everything without prior experience and without pressure to perform—but with a noticeable effect on energy, focus and connection.
